At Swisstrax, we stand behind the durability and performance of our modular flooring solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unassembled products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log in to your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all floor tiles and edges are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; items must be in new, resalable condition.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
